Senior Accountant – 3-Month Contract 📍 Grand Cayman | 💰 Up to CI$90,000 per annumWe’re partnering with a major Cayman-based organisation to recruit a Senior Accountant for an initial 3-month contract — with a strong likelihood of permanency for the right person.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both the analytical and operational sides of finance. You’ll take ownership of monthly and quarterly reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and financial analysis across multiple business areas, while also helping to mentor and guide more junior finance staff.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and reconciliationsMonitor and analyse departmental performance and budgetsSupport the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow reportsLiaise with internal teams to resolve financial queries and ensure compliance with reporting standardsAssist in developing junior finance team members and improving reporting processesAbout YouBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline3–5 years’ relevant accounting experience (public sector or complex multi-entity environments an advantage)CPA, ACCA or similar qualification (or actively pursuing)Strong analytical and Excel skills with solid working knowledge of accounting systemsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailThe OpportunityCompetitive salary up to CI$90,000 per annum3-month contract with high potential for extension or permanencyJoin a collaborative, supportive finance team making a real impactExposure to broad-based finance and operational activities💼 Also Hiring: Financial AdministratorWe’re also recruiting a Financial Administrator (up to CI$60,000 per annum) — a great opportunity for someone with strong transactional finance experience looking to develop further in a professional finance environment.
