FGH is now recruiting an Accountant to reinforce its Finance and Accounting teams.ResponsibilitiesVarious areas in the day-to-day bookkeeping:Working cross-system to process postingsTechnical (insurance activity) as well as non-technical (administrative costs) accounting responsibilities and financial (tax, amortization, etc.)Liaise with all internal departmentsAssist with month end closingExecute accurate data/figures reconciliation between various systems used by the company (accounting and core insurance systems)Act as an active support to other team members for all accounting related matters and providing hands-on assistanceProfileRecognized qualification in accountingAt least 4 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the insurance sectorGood knowledge of LUX GAAP, and of financial accountingTechnical accounting within the insurance sector (reserving, calculations, etc.)Knowledge of SAP accounting system would be an advantageCommunication and analytical skillshands-on approach and a team playerMicrosoft Office 365 suite, particularly ExcelProfessional level of English is mandatory.
