Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in León, GUA. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company. Daily tasks include preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and assisting with audits. The Senior Accountant will also liaise with external partners, provide financial insights to support decision-making, and lead and mentor junior accounting staff. Qualifications Financial Accounting, General Ledger Management, and Financial Reporting skillsBudget Management and Financial Analysis skillsStrong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Regulatory ComplianceProficiency in Accounting Software and ERP SystemsExcellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lead and mentor junior accounting staffBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional certification such as CPA or equivalent is preferred
