About the Company and role:Quantum Switch Tamasuk (“QST”) is a joint venture between Tamasuk and Quantum Switch, that develops and operates large-scale data centers in the Middle East, primarily in Saudi Arabia. QST is specializes in designing and deploying secure, high-performance, and flexible data centers, focusing primarily on hyperscale clients.The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end finance function of the company, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has experience with modern ERP systems and accounting practices. This role involves managing purchase orders, processing invoices, executing payment runs, and performing vendor reconciliations.Key Responsibilities:Bookkeeping and Record Management:· Record and process all daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses, using the company's accounting system.· Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements in compliance with accounting standards. Accounts Payable and Receivable:· Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, reconciling with purchase orders, and preparing payment batches.· Manage accounts receivable by monitoring receivables, preparing invoices, and following up on overdue payments. Reconciliations and Reporting:· Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.· Preparation of trial balance for month end review.Month-end and Year-end Activities:· Perform the month-end and year-end closing processes by verifying and posting journal entries, and assisting with audit preparations.Compliance and Operations:· Assist with tasks related to tax filing, including compiling necessary documentation. · Handle employee expense reimbursements and other operational accounting tasks.Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or finance or relevant professional qualification · 3 – 5 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role.· Experience with an ERP system and accounting software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.· High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.· Good communication skills to interact with internal teams, vendors, and clients.· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
