Senior Accountant

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our growing finance team. This is a critical, hands-on role that is approximately 70% core accounting focused, requiring a professional who can immediately contribute to the daily financial operations.The ideal candidate is an eager up-and-comer—a dedicated, ground-level contributor who is ready to take ownership of key accounting processes and grow with our company.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Accounting: Own the complete month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and statements of cash flow.Reconciliations: Perform complex account reconciliations and analysis for various general ledger accounts.Tax & Compliance Support: Assist with preparation of materials for external auditors and support various tax compliance filings.Budget & Forecasting Contribution: Support the VP of Finance with data gathering and analysis for budgeting and forecasting activities.Must-Have Qualifications (Deal-Breakers)Proven Core Accounting Expertise: Strong, non-negotiable experience with full-cycle accounting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formula creation.CPA Designation is highly desirable
