Senior AccountantLocation: Clark, PampangaWork Arrangement: Remote, FulltimeShift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday Unlock your potential! About this role. . .The Senior Accountant will be working closely with the client to support the business and manage the following tasks:Attend to audit, accounting, and budgeting requirements of the firm's clients at the direction of the Directors and Managers of the firm.Assist with litigation support assignments undertaken by the firm.Assist with Members' Voluntary Liquidations as required.Assist with preparation of business valuations as required.Assist with due diligence assignments as required.Monitor the completion of work to ensure that it remains within both time and budgetary constraints.Provide supervision to accountants and graduates as required.Review any final work allocated to the accountants and graduates as required.Be pro-active when dealing with clients by phone or in person, in order to build the client's trust and confidence in the organizationDeal with any concerns or issues raised by clients in a sensitive and responsive manner.Ensure that the Director / Manager are kept informed of any issues that could negatively impact upon the client relationship for which you are responsible.Highlight positive aspects of our service and offer additional services we could provide to clients.Ensure that commitments made to clients are realistic and meet the expectations of clients.Where necessary identify issues for referral to Manager, Assistant Manager or specialist staff to ensure accuracy of advice.Review and/or prepare management reports for clients which accurately reflect key performance issues.Be responsible for assisting the Director, Manager or Assistant Manager in planning and scheduling the work and preparing the time budget. Monitor the completion of work to ensure that it remains within both time and budgetary restraints.Notify the Director, Manager or Assistant Manager of any technical issues or problems that may cause the budget to be exceeded.Take responsibility for billing process on certain jobs as directed by Manager/Assistant Manager/Director.
