So let’s win together.Purpose of the roleAs a global peoplerelations function, we work for thebusinessbut we get results by working forourcolleagues.TheSenior People Relations Advisorrole is critical to ensureEntaincontinues to beagreat placeto work.It’saboutso much more than managing conduct orpoor performance.You’ll take a proactive approach toimproving colleague experience and whereissues do arise, you’ll ensure thata fair and reasonable approach isfollowed at all timeswith informal resolution at the heart of everything you do.This role is critical to the internal working of thepeoplerelations function.You’llbe responsible forensuring thatthe advisors feel supported and have all the tools to perform their role to the best of their ability.You’llbe the bridge between the day-to-day work of the advisors and the strategic direction of theteam,informingkey areas for improvement.AtEntainour values aredowhat’sright, keep it simple,gobeyondand win together.We’ll expect you to live up to all of these in this role!Key ResponsibilitiesGo-to person in the business (both inside and outside of People Relations) for all employee relations matters in Bulgaria.Lead on complex employee relations matters e.g. grievances, whistleblowing and exits and keeping team leaders informed.Leadthe development and implementation of employee relations training initiatives aimed at upskilling managers and employees across the organization.Overall responsibility for quarterly management information packs;Support direct report through coaching, on all ‘day-to-day’ and escalated employee relations matters;Coach & develop direct reportthrough management of Quality Assurance framework;Proactively identify areas of improvement and propose solutions;Support and on occasion lead on complex restructure programmes e.g. large-scale redundancies,Work with the team leaders and team manager to ensure strategic objectives of the global function are being met;Responsible for updating business on L1-3 live cases and all current litigation matters;Ensure the leadership team are aware of any, and all, issues facing the advisors;Work with legal resources and consultants to ensure employee relations activities adhere to company policy and statutory requirements.QualificationsExperience in a previous Employee Relations role, preferably in a senior position.Additional InformationWe know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire peak performance.
