We build trust, and value long-term partnerships that allow our customers, and our team to grow together.For one of our partners we are seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to join our growing dynamic team.As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing affiliates in various geographic locations, building strong relationships with partners, and driving high-quality traffic and revenue through affiliate channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in affiliate marketing.Key Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and grow an affiliate portfolio to drive new deals and revenue.Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value affiliates in line with the company’s goals.Maintain and nurture strong relationships with affiliates, acting as their primary point of contact.Analyze affiliate performance data to optimize campaigns, ROI, and partner performance.Negotiate competitive commercial deals and ensure timely payment and reporting.Collaborate with internal departments (CRM, Compliance, Legal, Product) to align campaigns and promotions.Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with regulations and brand guidelines.Attend industry events, conferences, and expos to network and attract new partners.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years experience in affiliate marketing within the online gambling industry (casino, sportsbook, or both).A proven portfolio of affiliates and successful campaigns in the gambling niche.Deep understanding of online marketing channels and performance-based marketing.Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Income Access, NetRefer, Cellxpert, etc.).Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to travel for conferences and affiliate meetings as needed.Our reward to you is:Competitive remuneration package and social benefits.Attractive bonus schemes.Food vouchers.Special occasion gift vouchers, Newborn bonus.Health Insurance from the first month.Discount on Multisport / CoolFit card.20 days annual leave.Free snacks and beverages in the office and Happy Hour on Fridays.Friendly environment with colleagues ready to share their experience.Team-building events and activities.Great location in Sofia, Office X, blvd 51 Cherni Vrah, next to Mall Paradise.If you are interested, please send us CV in English.All applications will of course be treated in the strictest confidentiality.Only the short-listed candidates will be contacted!
