What You'll Do:Criteo is seeking a Senior Agency Manager to strengthen partnerships with agency partners and contribute to Criteo’s sustainable growth.The ideal candidate will partner with Account Strategist on prospecting and pitching, drive the sales of Criteo’s marketing solutions, and ensure clients experience seamless and impactful collaboration with Criteo. The Senior Agency Manager will work cross-functionally with Data Analysis, Technical Solutions, Product, Marketing, Ad Ops, and others to identify, present, and close opportunities.Play a lead role in developing the holistic business of our agency partner channelLead complex initiatives and deliver scalable agency development strategiesContinuously prospect and pitch to agency planners, buyers, and account leads to drive new acquisition and retention campaignsManage the agency relationship from the early-stage prospecting through post-sales, ensuring long-term, sustainable partnershipsCreate new business opportunities by evangelizing new products, driving adoption, and developing case studiesUnderstand and articulate campaign KPIs to fuel business growth with agency clients.Deliver against revenue growth goals in line with Criteo objectives.Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and full ownership of new business opportunities.Work cross-functionally across Product, Ad Ops, Technical Solutions, Data Analysis and Product Marketing to optimize our sales effortsBuild persuasive presentations and narratives that clearly demonstrate Criteo’s value to agency partnersIdentify winning strategies and scale best practices across the organizationDrive strategic business plans in partnership with Account Strategists; grow incremental budgets, upsell new solutions, and strengthen account health and retention.Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients and agency partners, positioning Criteo as a trusted consultant at all levels, including C-level Advise on client’s digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo’s technology across channels Identify and activate strategic growth opportunities across the client portfolio, ensuring performance excellence and long-term revenue expansion.Proactively suggest processes improvements to enhance Criteo’s service deliveryContribute to team culture initiatives, including onboarding, training, and organizational development Who You Are:8+ years in the AdTech and Digital media industry, with proven expertise in online performance media or agency experience; experience in Commerce or Brand verticals is highly preferred. Strong ability to manage senior-level relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to prioritize and focus on most impactful opportunitiesSkilled storyteller with the ability to translate data and product insights into clear client value Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially in conveying marketing opportunities to agencies and brandsComfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong network and relationships with decision-makers at Holdco., Global agencies, and independent agenciesProven success in quota-carrying roles; ability to deliver revenue consistentlyMotivates and empowers others with optimism; creative problem-solver with resilience and flexibilityStrong team player who fosters collaboration, challenges the status quo, and embraces continuous learningBA/BS degree requiredNative in Korean, Fluent in English We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
