Senior AI Engineer (Fullstack of AI development)

With decades of experience, they are committed to driving innovation and empowering businesses to work smarter through cutting-edge technology and sustainable practices.About the roleWe are looking for a Senior AI Engineer (Fullstack of AI development) who enjoys building real products, solving complex technical problems, and turning AI capabilities into meaningful business outcomes. In this role, you will take ownership of end to end AI solution development, from early prototyping all the way to deployment and ongoing improvement. You will also play a key role in shaping the platform architecture, guiding junior engineers, and partnering with cross functional teams to deliver high impact work. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who wants to drive technical direction while staying hands on with AI development, full stack engineering, MLOps and cloud infrastructure.This role is for Thai national only.In this role, you will:Design and build advanced AI features such as RAG pipelines, OCR, speech to text, text to speech and LLM powered tools that support automation and digital transformation.Create scalable and secure AI systems that align with business needs and follow strong engineering standards.Lead the full development lifecycle from idea validation and prototyping to production rollout, monitoring and continuous enhancement.Provide technical guidance to junior engineers through reviews, coaching and shared best practices.Build and maintain stable APIs and web applications that incorporate AI capabilities using frameworks such as React, Next.js, Node.js or FastAPI.Oversee MLOps workflows and data engineering processes to ensure quality, reliability, privacy and compliance.Design and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure, using automation tools to improve scalability and consistency.Establish clear monitoring, logging and alerting practices to maintain high system reliability and fast incident response.Drive project planning, execution and collaboration across teams, ensuring clarity, alignment and timely delivery.Translate business needs into practical technical solutions and communicate complex ideas in a simple and approachable way.You’ll be a great fit if you have:At least 5 years of experience in software engineering or AI engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI development.Strong experience designing and scaling AI powered platforms, distributed systems and cloud native applications.Proficiency with modern web frameworks such as React, Next.js, Node.js or FastAPI.Hands on experience with MLOps, deployment automation, observability and production model operations.Solid understanding of data engineering, data governance and workflows that support model reliability.Experience working with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure or GCP, along with knowledge of automation and infrastructure tools.Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead projects, resolve complex technical challenges and support the growth of junior team members.A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field.Good command of English and familiarity with AI security, compliance and regulatory considerations.
