Our teams combine strategy, technology, and execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer (4+ years) to lead the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions that enhance automation, analytics, and intelligent decision-making across our projects. You will design, implement, and optimize machine learning and LLM-based systems, working closely with software engineers and data teams to bring cutting-edge AI products into production.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop AI/ML models and pipelines, from data ingestion to deployment.Integrate large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools into existing systems.Develop APIs and back-end services for scalable AI-driven applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver technical solutions.Research, prototype, and evaluate new algorithms, frameworks, and architectures.Optimize performance and ensure robustness, scalability, and cost efficiency of deployed models.Stay current with emerging AI technologies and propose applications relevant to GrowAxis projects.Requirements4+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science engineering roles.Strong programming skills in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).Experience building and deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Proven experience integrating or fine-tuning LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, etc.).Solid understanding of MLOps, including containerization (Docker), CI/CD, and monitoring.Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and data structures.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (Master’s preferred).Nice-to-HavesExperience with LangChain, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), or RAG frameworks.Familiarity with multi-agent AI systems or generative content models.Knowledge of data engineering pipelines (Airflow, dbt).Open-source contributions or personal AI projects demonstrating innovation.What We OfferCompetitive compensation (based on expertise).Long-term collaboration under a consultant agreement.Work on innovative international AI and automation projects.Remote-friendly work environment with high-impact autonomy.Continuous learning in emerging AI technologies.Equal OpportunityGrowAxis is committed to building an inclusive and innovative environment.
