Job Title: Senior/Lead AI Engineer Salary: USD 3,000-4,000 monthly gross (based on experience & level) Work Location: Cau Giay, Hanoi Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a skilled Senior AI Engineer to join an international technology group with a global presence. The role focuses on leveraging pre-trained AI models, particularly in computer vision and large language models, to build and deploy intelligent backend systems. You will fine-tune, adapt, and integrate models to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions for real-world products.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and integrate pre-trained AI models (Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, etc.) into production systems.Build backend services and APIs to serve AI models efficiently.Develop data pipelines for preprocessing, inference, and performance optimization.Deploy AI models on cloud or edge environments using modern frameworks.Monitor and improve model behavior and system performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-driven features and ensure technical feasibility.Stay up to date with new AI trends, tools, and techniques.RequirementsMust-Have:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of working experience in software development.Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts (supervised, unsupervised, and transfer learning).Proficiency in Python and key frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.Experience developing backend services using REST API, FastAPI, or Flask.Familiarity with MLOps concepts, model versioning, monitoring, and retraining.Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.English proficiency sufficient for reading and writing technical documentation.Nice-to-Have:Experience fine-tuning or continually training LLMs (Llama, Qwen, ChatGLM, etc.).Understanding of RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and multi-agent frameworks (ReAct, Tool-use, Planner).Experience deploying AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, or GPU/edge devices (Jetson, RKNN).Familiarity with TensorRT, vLLM, LangChain, Qdrant, Redis, or OpenAI/Azure/AWS APIs.Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small technical teams.Company OverviewA global software development group with over a decade of success in the IT and fintech industries.
