Role: Senior Analyst - Contract ComplianceDaily Rate: $850 - $950 + SuperContract Length: Initial contract until 30/06/26Location: Parramatta/WFH Flex Join our large NSW Government client and play a pivotal role in strengthening contract governance and compliance across a diverse portfolio of programs. You'll develop and implement frameworks, performance monitoring processes, and risk management practices that ensure accountability, transparency, and alignment with NSW Government procurement standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of contract management and compliance frameworks.Conduct reviews and audits to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.Monitor supplier performance and maintain effective service level agreements (SLAs).Provide expert advice on contract compliance, risk management, and quality assurance.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed consistent governance practices.Support alignment with NSW Procurement Framework and relevant regulatory obligations.About YouYou're a detail-oriented compliance professional with strong analytical skills and experience managing complex contracts. You excel in stakeholder engagement, governance, and performance analysis, with a commitment to integrity and continuous improvement.Essential RequirementsTertiary qualifications in business, finance, law, commerce, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).Demonstrated experience in contract management, compliance, and risk management.Strong understanding of governance frameworks, contract law, and procurement processes.Knowledge of NSW Government procurement and contract management frameworks.Preferred experience in contract administration and procurement governance within the construction industry.APPLY TODAY!
