Join our winning team of Wave Makers and Go Getters and help us write the next chapter in the SCJ story.Senior Analyst – FP&ANairobi - KenyaRole OverviewPartner with the Sales Managers and the Marketing team to:Drive Net Sales growthOptimize Trade SpendingTracking new initiativesIncrease profitability through detailed P&L analysis, ROI evaluation, and customer profitability tracking.ResponsibilitiesMonthly activities & ReportingEnsure accurate and timely month-end close;Produce monthly results reports with insights on Net Sales, GTN%, and Equity.Play an active role in the monthly S&OP cycleSales Team SupportProvide financial analysis and respond to ad-hoc requests.Support independent channels with P&Ls and recommendations.Ensure promo guidelines are followed by sales and reviewed on a regular basis.Trade Spend & PricingMonitor the Trade Spend Management tool.Ensure price changes and adhoc spend are properly authorized.Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations in line with the trade spend policy.Proactively manage open deductions in conjunction with the SSC team and ensure follow-up.Controls & ComplianceEnsure processes adhere to the trade spend policyLiaise with auditors and ensure proper documentation.Experience You Will BringQualified: CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent.Industry: FMCG or Retail experience preferred.Skills & Behaviours You’ll NeedAdvanced ExcelSAP (essential)BPC (desirable)Strong stakeholder management and analytical skillsProblem-solving and handling difficult situations.High attention to detail and urgency.Deadline-driven and self-motivated.What’s In It For YouCompetitive salary and great working environmentAbout UsSC Johnson is a fifth-generation family company built on a spirit of adventure and winning the right way.
