Founded by ex-McKinsey and Tesla professionals, we're building our initial pool of exceptional consultants across the world.Role DescriptionThis is a contract remote role for Senior Consultants joining our curated marketplace. You'll lead strategic projects with exciting companies (startups to enterprises) on a flexible, project-by-project basis, mentoring junior team members and driving complex initiatives from conception to delivery.What you'll do:Lead and scope strategic initiatives: market analysis, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, pricing optimization, operational efficiency, and organizational transformationPartner with founders, C-suite executives, and strategy teams as a trusted strategic advisorDeliver high-impact, client-ready recommendations independently and manage multiple concurrent projectsMentor junior consultants and contribute to quality assurance across engagementsChoose which projects you lead based on your expertise, interests, and availabilityDevelop thought leadership and establish yourself as a subject matter expert in key areasExample projects: Market sizing studies and strategic repositioning (3-6 weeks), business model transformation (4-8 weeks), complex due diligence and integration planning (3-5 weeks), growth and expansion strategy development (6-12 weeks)Qualifications Required:Proven expertise in problem-solving and strategic analysis with demonstrated impact (verified through assessment)5+ years of consulting, strategy, or equivalent professional experienceTrack record of independently leading complex engagements and managing stakeholder relationshipsExceptional communication and presentation skills (English required)Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) or equivalent professional experiencePreferred:Experience at MBB, Big 4, or premier boutique strategy firmsExpertise leading large-scale strategy engagements or organizational transformationsDeep industry expertise (tech, e-commerce, healthcare, finance, or other sectors)Prior experience mentoring or developing junior consultantsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
