You will also take the lead in initiating and supporting the development of new applications, helping to expand market potential and drive innovation. In addition, you will provide technical training to both colleagues and customers—particularly in the areas of film and extrusion—and closely monitor competitor activities to translate market needs into tailored product specifications.You will also contribute to business development by identifying emerging market trends, evaluating new business opportunities, and collaborating with commercial teams to shape strategic growth initiatives.
