Are they for you?We are now looking for a Senior AnimatorWho you are:You have a deep understanding of animation principles.You are attentive and collaborative in discipline and area team.You have rigging, skinning and animation experience and knowledge.You are aware of the production chain and make things easy for those who will take over the asset.You can prototype a functional asset independently.What you'll do:Animate, rig and skin assets.Implement complex assets into the game (ex. weapons, enemies, NPCs or vehicles).Playtest, carry the team.Participate in discussions and come with ideas in topics that involve animation and gameplay.Create physics implementation for assets (ex. ragdolls, cloth or damage zones).Ask questions and provide suggestions to improve your craft and gather general game development knowledge.Work to improve animation and implementation pipelines and tools.Provide assets that are optimized for other disciplines to continue the asset to completion.Requirements:Proven experience as a senior animator in an in-house game development environment.Strong ability to create and integrate high-quality assets as key gameplay elements.Knowledge of industry-standard animation software, pipelines, workflows, and processes.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.Collaborating in a cross-disciplinary team.Knowledge of work processes (example; jira, fork, git, confluence etc.)Excellent understanding of how long a task will take to complete.Nice to haveExperience with Stingray.Experience with live-service games.How to applyIf you think that this position matches your background and skills, we would love to hear from you.
