Senior Application Administrator for Anti Financial Crime team is responsible for ensuring the operational quality and support of area related applications. The role focuses on proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and maintaining service continuity of related applications, including development of solutions for automated observability and maintenance.What you will do:Ensure high availability and stability of key applications that support our businessInvestigate and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLOs. Escalate to senior engineers or vendors when neededMonitor application health, logs, and interfaces to proactively detect and prevent service disruptionsPerform configuration tasks, application deployments, and manage scheduled maintenanceSupport post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions. Document troubleshooting steps, known issues, and recovery proceduresWork closely with the service desk, DevOps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to deliver seamless supportParticipate in testing and rollouts for patches, upgrades, and new featuresYou will have the opportunity to work with and contribute to Java codebases under the guidance of Senior Software Engineers and Tech leads. You will participate in code reviews and learn best practices in software development.
