Senior Architect

The ClientOur client a well-established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The RoleThe Senior Architect will play a key role in the design and execution of architectural projects across all phases. Operating within a multidisciplinary design consultancy, the role requires close coordination with consultants, active participation in design development, and a strong commitment to maintaining design quality, compliance, and project standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesDevelop conceptual and detailed architectural designs for major projects across various sectors.Prepare architectural drawings, 3D renderings, presentations, reports, and technical documentation for both internal coordination and client presentations.Coordinate design efforts with internal disciplines (e.g., structural, MEP, interiors) to ensure integrated and cohesive solutions.Participate in client, consultant, and stakeholder meetings to support design communication and decision-making.Assist in the preparation of planning submissions and tender documentation.Monitor project compliance with design intent, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements.Conduct research on materials, construction methods, sustainability strategies, and technical details to inform project development.Ensure the timely and accurate production of drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities by coordinating with project managers, design leads, consultants, and internal teams.Support the implementation of project briefs and align design output with project goals and client expectations.Contribute to value engineering and optimization exercises to enhance design efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Coordinate technical, financial, safety, quality, and schedule-related aspects with internal and external stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's or Master’s degree in ArchitectureMinimum of 8–10 years of professional experience in architectural designStrong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Adobe Suite, and 3D visualization toolsExperience with Saudi building codes and international standardsExcellent coordination, communication, and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and design quality
