Job Title: Senior ArchitectLocation: Riyadh Industry: ConstructionsExperience: 18+ Years Job SummarySeeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead project understanding, requirement analysis, preparation of RFPs, and coordination with engineering offices and contractors. The role includes overseeing design development, ensuring compliance with standards, and presenting design deliverables to clients. Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural & structural design review and coordination with MEP.Prepare RFPs, BOQs comparison, design reports, and interface/coordination matrices.Develop sketches, design concepts, technical drawings, and architectural solutions.Ensure designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.Manage project timelines, budget adherence, and risk updates.Conduct site visits, inspections, mock-ups, and client presentations.Supervise junior architects and support construction teams from concept to completion.Prepare and maintain architectural documentation and ensure contractor compliance Job RequirementsEducation:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.PMP certification preferred.Experience:A bachelor’s or master’s degree with 18 years’ experience in architectural civil /structural.Minimum of 12 years of experience in design coordination / reporting / presentations, and technical write ups within the design or construction management sector.Skills and CompetenciesStrong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe tools, and other design software.Excellent project management, communication, and leadership abilities.Detail-oriented, creative, analytical, and updated with modern design trends.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.Professional correspondence, presentation, and client-facing skills.
