Designed to diversify the Kingdom's economy, the development will offer world-class experiences in culture, sports, and leisure.Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Dry Utilities to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee the execution of dry utility works, including MV, LV, gas, street lighting, ELV, and ICT, ensuring compliance with approved designs, contract specifications, and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead the health, safety, and wellbeing culture on the project, empowering the team to execute initiatives, including 'Stop Work' authorityMonitor and ensure compliance of all dry utility works with approved designs and specificationsFacilitate coordination between multiple contractors, consultants, and AHJs to avoid clashes and ensure smooth sequencing of worksVerify construction progress and quality, reporting to senior management on status, risks, and corrective measuresReview contractor claims and variations, providing cost analysis and recommendationsManage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocationImplement and maintain project management processes, tools, and best practicesLead collaboration with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectationsSupport the commercial team in contractual requirements and procurement processesOversee digital document control processes and interface managementConduct design reviews to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and specificationsParticipate in and lead various project meetings, value engineering sessions, and problem-resolution discussionsContribute to continuous learning and organizational development through post-project reviewsHere's what you'll needRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure and building utilities, with a focus on dry utilitiesStrong knowledge of MV, LV, gas, street lighting, ELV, and ICT systemsProven track record in managing complex infrastructure projectsExperience in contract management and claims resolutionExcellent communication and leadership skillsProficiency in project management software and document control systems (e.g., Aconex)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working with international standards and regulationsAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environmentWillingness to travel and work on-site as requiredJacobs.
