You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with clients, and ensure each project meets NSG’s standards of excellence, innovation, and buildability.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesProject LeadershipLead architectural projects from conceptual design through completionGuide, mentor, and oversee junior architects and design teamsEnsure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and technical requirementsDesign ExcellenceCreate innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutionsDevelop high-end concepts aligned with luxury and premium design standardsEnsure designs reflect NSG’s aesthetic, quality, and brand valuesClient InteractionWork closely with clients to translate vision into exceptional designsPresent concepts and proposals with clarity and professional polishMaintain strong client relationships throughout the design processTechnical OversightReview and approve architectural drawings for accuracy and complianceCoordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to achieve seamless project executionEnsure all designs comply with Indonesian building codes and regulationsProblem-SolvingAddress design challenges with creative and practical solutionsTroubleshoot technical constraints during executionEnsure project milestones are met and design integrity is maintained🎓 QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (reputable institution)Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in luxury residential, hospitality, or mixed-use projectsStrong design software proficiency:AutoCADSketchUpAdobe Creative SuiteRevit is a strong plusExcellent knowledge of Indonesian building standards and regulationsProven leadership and team management experienceStrong communication skills — English fluency is a mustA solid portfolio demonstrating high-quality design capabilityArchitect licensing is preferred📩 How to ApplyReady to elevate your architectural career and work on some of Bali’s most exciting projects?Please submit:✔ Updated CV✔ Portfolio (PDF or online link — mandatory)Send applications to:👉 hrd@ptnsg.comApplications are reviewed on a rolling basis.Join us in shaping extraordinary spaces that redefine luxury, innovation, and timeless design.
