User Experience Designer (Project based)

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree (S1) in Design, Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva for UI/UX design.Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects.Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and prototyping.Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Willing to be placed at Lintasarta customers in the Banking sector in Jakarta.Willing to be a PKWT contract project employee's Lintasarta.Willing to work full-time in the officeResponsibilities:Develop clear UI mockups and interactive prototypes that demonstrate how the application works and looks.Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, user flows, process flows, typography, buttons, and site maps.Identify and solve UX problems to ensure a seamless user experience.Adjust layouts and interface elements based on user feedback and testing results.Support Digital Library product development and ensure all designs meet established standards.
