As they continue to grow, they're seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their established team in Dublin.Role & ResponsibilitiesProduce technically robust architectural deliverables (drawings, specifications, schedules) using RevitCoordinate layouts and develop full tender and construction documentation for medium to large-scale projectsWork as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outputsContribute to cost management and ensure technical decisions align with project budgetsAttend site visits and provide construction and technical supportEnsure all work complies with company QA procedures and industry standardsIdentify opportunities to optimise design, improve efficiencies and enhance profitability.Required Skills & Experience5+ years' experience in architectural technology with a focus on large-scale project deliveryHighly proficient in Revit (essential), with experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe SuiteSkilled in NBS Chorus specification writingStrong understanding of BIM processes, Irish Building Codes, and Planning RegulationsDemonstrated experience in producing detailed designs and full technical documentationExperience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teamsFull eligibility to work in Ireland and a full driving licence.What You Get Back€55,000 - €65,000Flexible working with a Friday 1.30pm finishGenerous annual leave with additional days based on length of servicePension schemeVHI Insurance accessCPD training and full support for professional developmentProfessional subscriptions fully paid (RIAI, RIBA, CIAT, ACA, CIMA)Cycle to Work schemeActive social calendar and positive work culture.ApplyIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
