Micrel is active in the areas of Pain Management, Parenteral Nutrition, Immunoglobulin Therapy, Parkinson’s disease, Thalassemia, Primary Pulmonary Hypertension (PPH) and other infusion therapies.Founded in 1980, Micrel has an established international distribution network as well as direct subsidiaries in more than 50 countries around the world.Driven by Innovation and Creative Thinking, Patient experience and outcomes, Pioneering Spirit and Partnership, we are Elevating Infusion Care.Responsibilities:Personally sell our solutions, develop and execute annual sales plans, strategies and tactics in the assigned region visiting hospitals, home care companies and other stakeholders to expand the customer base and further promote new products and related benefits.Foster and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers, hospitals, and other stakeholders. Optimise relationships with existing customers, by anticipating and being responsive to their needs and questions pertaining to our products, e.g. clinical, quality assurance, business, etc. Contribute to the development of new therapies at home through market development activities, complex project management, KOL or senior leaders of Healthcare organisations.Keep records of sales activity using the company’s CRM or equivalent system, prepare and submit reports and other related analysis to the Country Sales Manager, Commercial Director, and Management, e.g. regular activity reports, forecasts, business plans, etc.Achieve sales targets (quarterly, annual, etc.) capitalizing on our innovative ambulatory pumps and features.Collaborate with teams at HQ such as Customer Service, Marketing, Operations, Finance, R&D, and Technical Support to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.Work on Hospital Tenders, Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and National Health System requirements in relation to the company’s products.Attend exhibitions, congresses, and other events in which the company chooses to participate.Stay up to date with competitors’ products, sales promotions, and industry trends to enhance personal sales effectiveness and provide market intelligence.Provide product training to users.Coordinate product availability, delivery dates, and inventory levels to secure and renew orders.Liaise with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as needed.Attend Meetings or Business reviews as agreed with the Commercial team providing input to Global MarketingRequirements: At least 5 years of proven sales experience in healthcare.Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, Engineering or related is required.Knowledge and understanding of the Medical Device, Hospital and Home Care markets. Experience with Hospital tender and knowledge of Infusion Systems market and competition products is highly preferred.Ability to drive decisions, influence and inspire other team members/ help team members grow by setting example. Excellent customer support and problem-solving skills.A positive, ‘can do’ attitude, with ability to take ownership of an issue until it is fully resolved.Passionate about patient quality of life and clinical outcomesAvailability to travel within assigned territory is required. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite is essential.Excellent communication skills in English.High customer support and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively and enjoy being part of the team, whilst being self-reliant and enjoy the challenges of growing and developing a business. Desire to be a key contributor and enjoy success in being part of a growing innovative company. Excellent communicator (both written and verbal). Capable of communicating well in English. Willingness to travel throughout the country as required to achieve success.
