We’re looking for a visionary Senior Art Manager to lead our design and UX teams — driving innovation, elevating our brand visuals, and shaping next-level creative projects across web, app, and media platforms.What You’ll DoDirect a team of senior graphic designers and UX specialists from briefing to assessment, ensuring effective use of their talents.Lead brainstorming and creative sessions to generate innovative ideas.Revise and approve content, designs, and presentations — providing clear, constructive feedback.Prepare and execute the designers’ team action plans and monitor overall performance.Contribute operational insights and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.Provide a clear, creative vision to grow and guide the design team in delivering special strategic projects.Design unique and well-crafted web and app interfaces that meet clients’ and business needs.Conceive and implement creative concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various design and IT projects from idea to execution.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align creative outputs with objectives.Supervise 2D/3D creative production, models, and visuals, ensuring stakeholder approval.Oversee all special design projects — from concept through implementation.Implement and monitor production, quality, and client-service standards.Conduct quality audits and efficiency tests for design outputs.Identify market trends in UX, social media, and digital branding.Manage project scheduling, internal assignments, and deliverable tracking.Stay constantly updated on emerging design tools, styles, and creative technologies.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Visual Communication.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in creative or art direction (preferably in media or digital agencies).Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD) and Figma.Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, branding, and digital content creation.Experience leading creative teams and managing multiple design projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.Up-to-date with global design trends and new creative technologies.Strong portfolio showcasing leadership and innovative visual projects.Location: Cairo / Hybrid-Fulltime
