Senior ASO Specialist (5–7 Years Experience)

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior ASO Specialist with 5–7 years of proven success in driving app visibility, organic growth, and conversion optimization across major app stores. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the app ecosystem, algorithm updates, and user acquisition strategies to enhance our app’s performance and rankings globally.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective ASO strategies to maximize organic downloads on both App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth.Optimize app metadata, including titles, descriptions, keywords, icons, screenshots, and videos, to improve visibility and conversion rates.Plan and run A/B tests to refine and enhance listing performance.Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align ASO strategies with broader business goals.Monitor, analyze, and report on ASO performance metrics using tools such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, or Data.ai.Stay up to date with app store algorithm changes, new ASO techniques, and best practices.Qualifications5–7 years of hands-on experience in App Store Optimization (ASO).Strong understanding of mobile marketing and analytics.Proven track record of improving app rankings and increasing organic installs.Experience with A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and data-driven decision-making.Familiarity with mobile app marketing tools and ASO platforms.Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)Experience in user acquisition and paid marketing campaigns.Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in app ecosystems.Experience with localization and global ASO strategies.
