Reporting to the Head of FP&A, Product Economics this individual will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings a strong financial acumen and a passion for the FinTech space to contribute significantly to our strategic decision-making and continued success.What You'll Be DoingFinancial Planning & AnalysisSupport the finance business partnering processes, with a primary focus on Neo’s Lending division by collaborating with various department heads to develop comprehensive financial plans.Prepare detailed financial forecasts (monthly, quarterly, rolling), analyzing variances to forecasts, and providing insightful commentary on key drivers.Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and business case development.Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.Reporting & InsightsPrepare presentations, insights and make recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team to guide strategic decision making.Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and provide actionable insights.Clearly articulate financial results and provide recommendations to drive operational efficiency and achieve financial targets.Business PartnershipPartner with business leaders in Neo’s Banking division to provide financial guidance, analytical support and drive financial accountability.Assist in evaluating business opportunities by providing ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision making.Proactively identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the finance function and across the organization.Who We Are Looking ForEducation: A university degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. CPA, CFA or MBA is a plusExperience: 3-5 years of work experience in an analytical role, with preference given towards FP&A and/or Lending FocusFinancial Modeling: Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, including advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Sumifs, array formulas)Data and Visualization: Experience with data querying languages and BI tool proficiencyAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insightsCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-finance stakeholdersAttention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all financial workProactiveness: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentFinTech Interest: A genuine interest in the FinTech industry and an understanding of its unique financial drivers and challengesBonus Points If You HaveFamiliarity with the financial services industryExperience in a company that has gone through a significant growth phaseWorking At NeoThe people who thrive at Neo are resourceful, growth-oriented, and driven to win.
