Senior Associate / Manager – Private Equity Management AdvisoryLiberty Corporate Finance Asia PacificBrisbane | Hybrid | 4–8 years experienceIf you’re currently in Big 4 Transaction Services, Valuations, Transaction Tax or Modelling — and you want to work directly with CEOs on private equity deals — this is the role for you.Liberty Corporate Finance Asia Pacific is the regional affiliate of Liberty Corporate Finance, the global leader in advising management teams during private equity transactions. We work with CEOs, CFOs and leadership teams across Australia and internationally as they navigate reinvestment decisions, incentive structures, and deal negotiations.We're growing our Asia Pacific practice due to strong deal flow and are looking for a Senior Associate or Manager with a strong analytical background and exposure to private equity transactions.What You’ll DoAdvise management teams on reinvestment, incentive structures, and equity outcomesBuild and interpret financial models (valuation scenarios, waterfalls, reinvest structures)Support negotiations with private equity sponsors, bidders and lawyersPrepare clear and concise advice notes, board materials, and management submissionsWork closely with CEOs and C-suite teams across competitive sale processesRun workstreams independently within a tight, high-performing teamWhat We’re Looking For4–8 years in one of the following Big 4 or similar teams:Transaction Services (FDD)Transaction Tax / M&A TaxValuationsValue Creation Modelling / Business Case teamsStrong financial analysis and modelling capabilityExposure to private equity transactions (due diligence, valuations, structuring or advisory)A degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Maths, or similar analytical disciplinesExcellent communication skills and comfort advising senior executivesHigh EQ, commercial judgement, and the ability to work autonomouslyWhy Join LibertyWork directly with CEOs, CFOs and management teams on live, high profile private equity transactionsDevelop a unique, highly valued and diverse skill set International exposure through collaborative work with Liberty global as well as deals across the regionA boutique, low-ego environment where your impact is immediate and visibleEarly responsibility and accelerated pathways to senior advisory rolesCompetitive compensation aligned with a specialised practiceInterested?Apply directly via LinkedIn or reach out for a confidential conversation.
