This means strategic team-building, a focus on quality and professional development to service a sought-after target market.More information on Crete Capital can be found at:www.cretecapital.com / Instagram: @cretecapital / LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/company/crete-capital-inc/Role & Reporting Role: Senior Associate or AVP (candidate driven)Establish today's business, Lead tomorrow’sChampion Crete Capital’s growth and service delivery in Alberta, leveraging the company’s existing infrastructure, best practices and competitive strategy.Develop a book of business and network around a financing specialization – commercial real estate (office/retail – professional services) or corporate finance (M&A and corporate growth).With team support - analyze, underwrite, package and oversee execution of transactions to closing, following best practices of quality and professional standards.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing capital partners in efforts to strengthen the capital placement product and become the capital advisor of choice.Integrate into culture of integrity, teamwork and high performance.Establish and maintain administrative hygiene via use of Crete Capital CRM and database management best practices.Compensation PackageCrete Capital maintains a culture of high performance. Compensation includes a progressive revenue-share structure on lead and supported transactions, as well as performance-based bonus opportunities.The CandidateA senior commercial finance professional with 5-10 years’ experience in a major discipline related to the activities of Crete Capital. Commercial banking/lending, commercial real estate finance and/or merchant banking.Education / QualificationsA Bachelor's degree is required.Higher relevant education such as MBA, CPA, CFA candidacy, valued but not required.Skills and Personal CharacteristicsA willingness and ability to understand and embrace Crete Capital’s culture, vision and goals.Demonstrates reliability through planning and organization.
