Senior Associate – Projects Procurement

Overview: A leading entertainment development company in Saudi Arabia is embarking on an ambitious program to build 22 state-of-the-art entertainment destinations, including two major theme parks, over the next seven years. These venues will feature world-class attractions and experiences designed to elevate guest entertainment across the Kingdom. The organization’s procurement function is actively supporting multiple projects across the portfolio and is now seeking experienced consultants to provide short-term support and strengthen the team’s capacity across key initiatives. An opportunity to play a key role in managing project procurement within a fast-paced environment. You’ll ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing and contract administration to support major development projects. The Role: Reporting to the Project Procurement Manager, this mid-level role focuses on executing procurement activities across assigned projects. You’ll coordinate RFPs, analyze bids, and assist in contract finalization while maintaining compliance and supporting the finance team on forecasting and reporting. Responsibilities: Execute RFPs for project-related goods and services. Evaluate bids, conduct commercial analysis, and recommend suppliers. Support contract drafting and review processes. Coordinate with internal teams including Finance, Delivery, and Design. Maintain supplier records and ensure accurate documentation in SAP Ariba. Monitor project timelines and procurement milestones. Support supplier evaluation and performance management. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Supply Chain. 5+ years’ experience in procurement or contracts management. Experience with project procurement in construction or fit-out. Proficiency in SAP or Ariba. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Nice to Have: Professional procurement certification.
