Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations

About the TeamThe Fraud team is looking for a Strategy & Operations Sr. Associate based in Canada to reduce the cost of fraud and build solutions to protect our platform from would-be fraudsters. You'll specifically be focused on creating our strategy and executing against ambitious goals around reducing Dasher fraud across our restaurant and new business vertical business in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand and become the point person for understanding dasher behavior that suggests fraud in these countries. You'll investigate cases of fraud and brainstorm solutions to reduce fraud in the long-term. Prior fraud experience is not required Interest operating in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environmentProven ability to effectively balance multiple competing priorities Experience contributing to large projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment while also being self-sufficient in driving end to end projects Proven problem solving and analytical skillsProficiency in SQL and expertise in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets/sheets) are requiredAbility to thoughtfully consider multiple perspectives and effectively communicate them to drive understanding and alignmentCompensationActual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
