Job DescriptionResponsibilitieso Assists managers in planning the audit engagemento Supervises the staff during the engagemento Ensures that audit and related administrative activities, documents and reports are accomplished on time and according to the professional standards of the firmo Prepares client billings and pursues collectiono Trains the staff he/she superviseso Evaluates and reviews the performance of the staff and discusses with them their areas of improvemento When necessary, performs the function of an associateRequirements o Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy.o At least 3 to 5 of audit experience preferably in international accounting firm.o Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills.What we offer We offer a competitive remuneration package where you’ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
