Senior Backend Developer

We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Developer to join our Technology team. Working behind the scenes, the ideal candidate has a unique blend of technical expertise and an insatiable curiosity with an analytical mindset. You should be comfortable working alongside the team as well as independently in the design and development of mission-critical websites, applications, and layers of the infrastructure.What Will You DoDesign, implement, and optimize high-throughput, low-latency systems for our crypto exchange platformDevelop robust solutions for client balance management, exposure monitoring, and asset allocationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsCreate and maintain efficient internal communication protocols between various exchange componentsImplement and refine risk management engines, including margin models and liquidation enginesDevelop and maintain operational benchmarks and monitoring systems for the exchange infrastructureParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to production deploymentProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team membersContribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and best practicesWhat We Are Looking For5+ years of experience in backend developmentExperience in the crypto industry will be a plusStrong proficiency in Go, with experience in high-performance, concurrent programmingProficiency with Linux operating systems and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS or Google Cloud)Experience with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RocketMQ) and protocol engines (gRPC, Protobuf)Deep understanding of exchange microstructure and componentsExperience with designing and implementing trading risk management systemsSolid knowledge of financial trading concepts, particularly in crypto derivativesExpertise in developing high-load, distributed systems serving millions of usersFamiliarity with continuous integration and delivery practicesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
