VBET’s mission is to give our customers the best betting and gaming experience in a safe and secure environment.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior BI Analyst focusing on web analytics. Your responsibilities will include tracking, collecting, and analyzing data from different sources, developing campaign strategies and funnels, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance, based on collected data.The candidate must have hands-on experience in all Analytical and Digital platforms, like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, Facebook Pixel, Firebase, Appsflyer etc.Key ResponsibilitiesHave a comprehensive understanding of the games’ rulesSetup, monitor and standardize Digital tools across all GEOs (GTM, GA4, Appsflyer, Redtrack, etc)Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data from different channelsTesting campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performanceDeveloping and presenting outcomes from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendationsDeveloping digital campaign and web measurement strategiesCreating dashboards, data visualizations, campaign and website performance reportsMonitoring and analyzing digital media/website/campaigns performance in Different regions and addressing issues to corresponding teamsSetup tracking of new advertising campaigns/channels on requestProvide guidance, training and support on creating tracking links, funnels, pixels, conversionsMeasuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing goals (ROI, CPA, LTV,.)Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsRequired QualificationsExperience in statistical modelsKnowledge of SQL and/or Python is a big plusStrong knowledge of tracking and analytical tools - GTM, Google Analytics 4, Facebook Pixel, Appsflyer, Google Ads conversions, Ad Trackers, etcStrong understanding of Digital Marketing KPIs, such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, LTV etcComfortable working in a fast-paced team environmentProject management skills and attention to detailKnowledge in social media platforms, as well as with SEM, media buying, Influencer marketing etcStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsAbility to make data-driven decisionsAbility to work with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Similarweb, Heepsy, Ads Managers, Google Ads, Programmatic platforms, etc. (certifications is a plus)CompetencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and extract actionable insightsProficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, and ExcelDetail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in reporting and data trackingStrategic thinking to develop and optimize marketing campaigns based on data-driven insightsAbility to work with large datasets and utilize SQL or Python for data analysisEffective communication skills to present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerAbility to adapt to fast-changing digital marketing trends and emerging toolsStrong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
