Senior Bid CoordinatorDublin West | Permanent - Full Time | OnsiteA highly regarded construction and engineering company is seeking an experienced Senior Bid Coordinator to join their team in Dublin.The successful candidate will support major pre-qualification and tender submissions across commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector developments within the Ireland East region.You’ll play a key role in the delivery of high-quality, client-focused proposals, working collaboratively with technical teams and senior stakeholders to secure new business and showcase the organisation’s capabilities.What’s on Offer:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceModern office facilities with free onsite parking, onsite gym, subsidised canteen, etc.26 days holiday (option to purchase 5 more)Employer pensionLife InsuranceGP Visit Scheme & Annual Healthcare VoucherProfessional and educational developmentWorking hours: 9.00am - 5.15pm Mon - Thurs & 9.00am - 3.30pm Friday (34.5 hour work week net lunch breaks)Convenient Dublin location with access to public transport - luas, bus, etc.Supportive working environment with scope for progression within a well-renowned international organisationKey Responsibilities:Lead the coordination and development of tender and pre-qualification documentationManage the bid/no-bid process in line with internal governance protocolsDraft compelling content tailored to each opportunity, including case studies, CVs, and technical narrativesLiaise with senior internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information and articulate the business’s strengthsMaintain and enhance the bid library, supporting consistency and best practice across submissionsHandle portal submissions, clarification queries, and post-submission follow-upExperience and Skills Required:Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar bid or proposals role within construction, engineering, or a related industryExcellent written communication skills with strong attention to detailStrong command of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Creative Cloud is an advantageWell-organised, able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectivelyComfortable working independently and collaboratively across departmentsQualifications:A relevant third-level qualification in one of the following (or related) fields is preferred:Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil EngineeringBusiness, Marketing, Communications, or Technical WritingGraphic Design or Visual Communications (especially useful for design-led bids)If you are interested in this position, apply now!
