The firm prioritizes quality design to reduce construction, operation, and maintenance expenses, offering a range of services from feasibility studies to quality control.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior BIM Architect Engineer at SUMMITS PMC in El Dokki. The Senior BIM Architect Engineer will be responsible for project management, civil engineering, construction oversight, teamwork, and utilizing architecture expertise to deliver high-quality and sustainable projects.Responsibilities4 to 8 years ExperienceBIM modeling and coordinationDevelop and deliver high-detail BIM models (LOD 400–500) for moderate to large-scale projects using Autodesk RevitDemonstrates good coordination ability to address the needs and requirements of other disciplinesPerform clash detection and coordination between structural, architectural, and MEP models using tools like NavisworksCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to project success by following BIM Execution Plans (BEP)Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflowsFollow international and internal BIM standardsCollaborate with project teams to develop BIM modelDevelop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projectsCreate and manage BIM models for design, coordination, and construction documentation support the creation of as-built documentationGenerate construction documents, drawings, and specifications from BIM modelsCreate accurate construction BIM modelsProduce organized architectural drawing sets for various construction stages and participate in discipline reviewsReview client modifications to ensure each project’s overall design standards follow the company’s policies, standards, and regulations, as per contract, including any approved amendments aware of Saudi Arabian, Egyptian- International-codes and local regulationsReview project Architectural drawings and specificationsIdentify conflicts, incomplete or unclear design informationProvide /assist in Architectural BIM trainingsWork with BIM collaboration tools like BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud for seamless team communication and project integrationAssist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicableQualifications4 to 8 years ExperienceBachelor's degree in Architecture, or related fieldKnowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) softwareProficiency in BIM software and toolsAutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks & Microsoft Office is a must.Project Management and Teamwork skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesExperience in sustainable design and Modern Methods of Construction
