Senior Brand Manager

OVERVIEWThe Brand Manager will be mainly responsible to develop and improve the brand strategy and oversee all marketing functions for one of the most infamous internet personalities in the MENA region. Must be able to build and promote subject’s reputation, and expertise to increase visibility and achieve business goals. Leverage strategic storytelling to showcase unique core value, establish trust, and foster deep connections with followers.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDeveloping specific marketing campaigns to reach marketing goalsResearching and forecasting marketing trends and changes across all major platformsBrainstorming innovative marketing campaigns aligned with the strategic personal branding objectivesEnsuring marketing campaigns align with branding and brand positioningProtecting and enhancing reputation through consistent, authentic messaging and actionsManaging and optimizing online presence across platforms to build community and increase brand awarenessEstablishing connections with key external stakeholders and organizations to generate opportunities for PR collaboration and exposureTracking key metrics (engagement, visibility, ROI) to assess the effectiveness of strategiesBuild, manage, and lead a team of subject matter experts in specialized roles accordingly to the needs of the marketing department to achieve goals and objectives.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree is a mustStrong understanding in Personal Branding8-12 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership roleStrong creative mindset with the ability to design impactful campaignsProven track record in Personal Branding strategy and execution is a mustStrong knowledge of digital marketing tools, channels, and analyticsExcellent leadership, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to facilitate and/or manage multiple marketing functions under tight deadlinePrevious GCC market experience is highly preferredStrong working knowledge in Public RelationsWHY JOIN US?Highly Competitive Salary + incentivesSocial InsuranceMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceFlexible Working HoursAnnual Bonus
