This is a unique opportunity to work on some of Victoria’s most iconic and diverse developments, collaborating with leading architects and builders.Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver building surveying services for complex residential and commercial projects. Assess and approve building permit applications in accordance with relevant legislation and codes. Provide expert advice to clients, architects, and builders throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with building regulations. Mentor and support junior team members. Foster strong client relationships and contribute to the ongoing success and reputation of PRIME.Key Qualifications Registration as a Building Surveyor (Victoria) – Unlimited or Limited. Minimum 5 years’ experience in building surveying, with a focus on high-end or complex projects. Comprehensive knowledge of the Building Act, Building Regulations, and NCC/BCA. Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and codes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in stakeholder management and client liaison. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Current Victorian driver’s licence.Why Join PRIME?
