Senior Business Analyst - Banking

Build and maintain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and IT teams.Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to understand and articulate stakeholder needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.Create, maintain, and manage detailed, clear, and concise requirements, including Epics and User Stories, ensuring they are testable and aligned with business goals.Develop comprehensive process flows and swim lane diagrams to clarify use cases and interactions with IT systems.Establish acceptance criteria using both positive and negative outcome scenarios to ensure all requirements meet quality standards.Work within the squad to understand the backlog, velocity, and priorities, supporting the activities necessary to achieve sprint and increment objectives.Actively participate in squad ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Develop SME knowledge of the bank’s business processes, identifying constraints, roles, risks, and controls.
