This role focuses on delivering end-to-end SAP HCM solutions, with deep expertise in Payroll and/or Time Evaluation, particularly within the Singapore statutory context. You will lead change requests, support system enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance.Key Responsibilities Deliver end-to-end SAP HCM support and change initiatives, covering requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare. Provide expert-level support for SAP HCM modules, resolving functional issues and ensuring timely communication with stakeholdersDesign, configure, and troubleshoot Payroll and/or Time Evaluation schemas and PCRs.Collaborate with HR and business teams to identify pain points and recommend process or system improvements.Support integrations between SAP and external applications, ensuring seamless data flow.Maintain clear documentation and ensure alignment with statutory and internal control requirements.Skills & Experience Minimum 6+ years of SAP HCM implementation or support experience as a Functional Consultant. Proven hands-on experience in Payroll and/or Positive Time Evaluation or Time Management configuration.
