You may be ready to join us.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support large-scale data, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives within a global consulting environment.Independently deliver assigned tasks with full ownership. Gather and analyze business requirements; document processes and workflows. Work closely with client stakeholders to clarify needs and translate them into functional specifications. Provide accurate effort estimations and support planning. Manage risks proactively and communicate impacts clearly. Ensure timely task delivery and transparent status reporting. Support workshops, discussions, and negotiations with internal and client teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, engineering, QA, PM). Adhere to delivery processes and contribute to continuous improvement. Support pre-sales activities when required. Qualifications7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise projects. Experience working with international clients and cross-border teams. Strong analytical mindset, structured thinking, and problem-solving capability.
