We are one of nine certified Microsoft Business Applications ISV Development Centre organizations in the world.Responsibilities: Conducts training/orientation, and facilitates job shadowing activities to new team members.Develops deep knowledge and expertise on Barhead products and services.Helps the BA Lead and Functional Manager in developing business analysis and consulting best practices and standards.Prepares and conducts client demos and presentations.Performs scoping activities and recommends solution approaches.Collaborates with functional and delivery leads in planning/estimating business analysis activities in projects and work assignments.Performs requirements elicitation, analysis, design and documentation.Performs system configuration based on the approved requirements.Helps the technical team in the interpretation of requirements for the implementation of custom coding/development work.Assists in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.Adherence to the organization’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and procedures, including responsibilities in safeguarding information, reporting security incidents, and maintaining awareness of data protection and confidentiality obligations;Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.Qualifications:At least 5 years experience in the field of Business Systems and IT ideally as a functional/business analyst implementing CRM or SaaS solutionsDetailed, organized, and results-orientedAbility to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as requiredExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science/IT/Business Management/EngineeringExperience working in an IT consulting organization or environmentExperience with different project methodologies (Agile, waterfall, et al.)Experience in working in a global environment, delivering service to global clients
