🏥 Business Analyst (x2) – NHS Trust ExperienceLocation: Remote (Must be UK Based)Contract Type: Until March 2026Day Rate: £450/day Outside Ir35 Start Date: Expecting 3rd November***MUST HAVE NHS EXPERIENCE*** OverviewWe’re seeking two experienced Business Analysts to join a transformation programme within an NHS Trust. These roles will play a critical part in supporting the delivery of digital and operational change across healthcare systems, ensuring new solutions are fit-for-purpose, compliant, and deliver measurable improvements to patient outcomes and service delivery.You’ll work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to capture business needs, define requirements, and support the successful implementation of digital systems and service improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with NHS stakeholders (clinical, operational, IT, and PMO) to elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements.Support the implementation of EPR, PAS, or other clinical system upgrades or replacements.Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to define “as-is” and “to-be” states.Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with programme and project managers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.Support testing, validation, and benefits realisation activities.Ensure documentation complies with NHS governance and information security standards.Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis frameworks and project documentation across the Trust.Essential ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst within NHS Trusts or wider public healthcare organisations.Strong understanding of NHS processes and systems such as:EPR / PAS / RIS / LIMS / Clinical WorkflowsNHS Data Standards, IG, and compliance requirements.Experience working on digital transformation or service redesign projects in healthcare.Skilled in process mapping (BPMN / Visio / Lucidchart), requirements capture, and stakeholder engagement.Ability to work effectively across clinical and non-clinical teams, translating technical language into business terms.Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.DesirableExperience with Agile or hybrid delivery within the public sector.Exposure to integration projects (FHIR, HL7) or interoperability initiatives.Business Analysis certification (e.g. BCS, IIBA, or equivalent).Understanding of data analytics and reporting in NHS environmentApply now or email dom@briodigital.io
