Senior Business Analyst (EdTech)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in the EdTech domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on educational technology products and platforms, and will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable requirements that drive product success.ResponsibilitiesLead stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.Document and validate functional and non-functional requirements.Map current and future state business processes and user journeys.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure clear understanding of requirements.Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions aligned with business goals.Support product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities.Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in the EdTech domain.Strong understanding of digital learning platforms, LMS, assessment tools, and education workflows.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and BPMN modeling tools.Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with K-12, higher education, or corporate learning systems.Familiarity with data privacy regulations relevant to education (e.g., GDPR, FERPA).Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
