Senior Business Analyst – Tier 1 Investment BankLocation: Central London (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite)Rate: £700 per day (Inside IR35)Duration: Initial 6-month contract (likely extension)Overview:A Tier 1 Global Investment Bank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a high-profile change programme within its London office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment, partnering closely with business and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives across the bank.Role & Responsibilities:Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to define and document requirements.Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).Support end-to-end project delivery — from requirements gathering through to implementation and post-release validation.Analyse business processes and data flows to identify opportunities for optimisation.Communicate insights and recommendations effectively across cross-functional teams.Key Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services (ideally investment banking).Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).Strong understanding of investment banking products, processes, and front-to-back trade flows.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with competing priorities.Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and data analysis tools (Excel / SQL desirable).Package:Initial 6 month contractc£700 p/day inside IR35Hybrid (2x week in London)
