Job Description

ResponsibilitiesDevelop essential HR reports and dashboards to help HR managers and the executive board monitor the overall human resources situation across the Group in a visual and comprehensive manner.Collect HR data from various sources (including the parent company and subsidiaries) related to HR functions: employee information; recruitment; training; compensation and benefits; KPIs; etc.Integrate data from multiple sources to consolidate and deliver HR insights through dashboards in a timely, complete, and accurate manner.Propose improvement initiatives and enhance HR management effectiveness based on collected and analyzed data.Serve as the key contact for setting up and managing HR information on the HR management system.Continuously update tools, techniques, and technologies to improve HR data analysis capabilities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.Experience in collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data using a variety of tools and methodologies.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data and insights clearly and compellingly.Solid problem-solving, critical thinking, and data visualization skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other data analytics software.Benefits:Income: 16M – 22MComprehensive welfare policies: lunch provided, 13th-month bonus, periodic salary reviews, training and development programs, etc.**
