Combine and interpret diverse data sources (commercial, retail audit, consumer, financial, operational) to deliver actionable, forward-looking insights and foresights. Lead advanced analytics projects, including scenario building and predictive analytics for risk and opportunity identification. Collaborate closely with Portfolio, Brand, Programs, and Commercial teams to champion data-driven strategies and support high-level decision-making. Serve as a key liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring analytics deliver measurable business impact. Coordinate the preparation and delivery of business and financial reports, optimizing reporting workflows for clarity and efficiency. Promote the adoption of analytics tools and foster a data-driven culture through stakeholder training and support.RequirementsSuccessful shown experience in business analysis, commercial analytics, or strategy roles, ideally in FMCG, Consumer goods, or Consulting.Demonstrated Capability to direct intricate analyses and convert data into strategic business insights.Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements for analytics and reporting.Proficient in Power BI and SQL; experience with Snowflake and Python is a big plus.University degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.High learning agility, proactive approach, and a focus on finding effective solutions.Fluency in English, both verbal and written.What We OfferOur success depends on the male/female/diverse who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
