Senior Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:Assist in analysing business needs and defining system requirements.Work closely with internal teams and system owners to identify system requirements.Design and prepare functional specifications, including regression and stress test scenarios.Conduct automated regression tests and analyse test results.Coordinate and monitor User Acceptance Tests (UATs).Support and coordinate system live implementation tasks to ensure a smooth system rollout.Job Requirements:Degree in any IT field.Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT field.Experience in IT project management, software development, testing, or application support is an added advantage.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic understanding of software test design, testing techniques and tools (Katalon, Apache, JMeter, DevOps).Familiar with SQL, scripting and programming.
