This is a great opportunity to join an exciting team, providing core business value through data and being at the heart of our Richemont Group’s business analysis.CONTEXTWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong business acumen, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for the luxury industry.As a Senior Business Analyst, you will deliver end-to-end insights that support Group-level reviews, performance tracking, and strategic steering. This role combines analytical rigor with business acumen, and requires a strong ability to focus on what truly moves the needle in terms of Business performance, remaining able to drilldown into the details when necessary.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Lead the delivery of recurring and ad-hoc analyses in line with Group Management priorities, key challenges and emerging prioritiesDesign, implement, and maintain insight tools to monitor Group performance across key business leversTranslate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights for executive audiences, delivering concise recommendations and impactful presentationsEnable data-driven decision-making within the Group Finance function and in close partnership with Maison teams (finance and beyond), by bridging analytical depth with business storytellingCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align insights with business objectivesHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?Education, Experience And Core CompetenciesBachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field7+ years of experience in business analysis, FP&A, or a similar analytical roleProficiency in Excel, with familiarity in SQL and cloud platforms such as GCP (BigQuery and Looker are a plus)Strong business sense and proven ability to connect analytical outputs with concrete decisionsProven track record of designing, modelling and developing reporting dashboards, complex analytics, leveraging and automating data visualizaton solutionsFluency in English is a must, French is considered a plusPersonal And Methodological SkillsStrong business acumen and analytical skillsExcellent organizational skillsStrong sense of ownership, proactively anticipating business needsAbility to drill down into the detailed reports / sourcing data system when needed, summarizing then the findings accurately to diversified stakeholdersAbility to manage pressure and tight deadlines, adapt to unforeseen circumstances, and recalibrate priorities as neededSocial SkillsCollaborative team player with, capable of independently collaborating with various stakeholders and different leadership styles in a matrix structureClear and confident communication, with ability to talk to all levels of the organisationWHAT MAKES OUR GROUP DIFFERENT?Our true power does not lie in our similarities but in the rich diversity of our arts, cultures, and human skills, as well as our specific ability to foster untapped potential.We value freedom, collegiality, loyalty, and solidarity.We foster empathy, curiosity, courage, humility, and integrity.We care for the world we live in.YOUR JOURNEY WITH USYour application will be carefully reviewed by our recruitment teams, who will give you a follow-up shortly.
